Private Hire

Our private hire option offers exclusive access to Ice Zoo failities where the members of your group will have the ice to themselves, as well as the Ice Zoo Cafe.

Perfect for that special bithday, buisness event or team building day.

Ice Zoo Party Prices start at just $39 per person

All party packages have a minimum of 10 people.

Note: Parties are limited to 15 kids and 2 supervising adults per party space.

 

Birthday Party Session Times

Ice Zoo ICE ZOO hosts Sydney kids birthday parties 12 months of the year.

Partied can be scheduled during weekend Public Skating sessions ( 10am Sunday not available for parties).

 

Saturdays and Sundays

• 10am – 11:30pm (Sat only)
• 12pm – 1:30pm
• 2pm – 3:30pm
• 4pm – 5:30pm
• 6pm – 7:30pm (Sunday option only)

Saturday Night Disco Party

Our popular disco parties are held during the 6pm – 8:30pm session on a saturday evening

Sydney Kids Birthday Parties – What you should know

• Available dates may change at any time. Booking are not confirmed until the deposit has been recieved.
• A 50 per cent deposit is required on booking for all parties, with the balance to be paid 7 days before the party.
• Any payment to Ice Zoo is NON-REFUNDABLE
• Parties do not include a birthday cake. You are welcome to bring a cake in with your booked party (not permitted for igloo hire)
• Outside food is not permitted. Charges apply (exceptions apply to dietary specific food due to anaphalaxis)
• Party members should meet in the ICE ZOO downstairs foyer at least 30 minutes before the start of the session
• Parents or guardians of partygoers should make themselves known to the party host/hostess in the downstairs foyer 30 minutes before the session
• 2 parents or guardians of the birthday child are welcome to skate free of charge; this is not transferable (not included for Igloo hire)
• Any other accompanying adults are required to pay admission
• Pinatas, confetti and feathers are not permitted on the premesis
• Management reserves the right to change prices and details at anytime, any changes will be communicated as soon as possible
