Ice Zoo retains the right to ask you to leave their premises if staff form the view that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol such that it would be unsafe for entry to be granted, or to request you to leave or have found you to have purposefully damaged or vandalised the ice or ice rink fittings or fixtures; or you have not complied with their terms and conditions.
If Ice Zoo requests that you leave, then you must do so immediately, if you refuse then the police will be called and if necessary charges laid.
Ice Zoo reserves the right to collect and pursue legal proceedings for the collection of compensation for such damage.
